Popis:

On this machine there will be made an middle repair - see reference picture. All the conditions will be specified on request. Middle repair range: 1) Dismantling First of all each machine intended for the retrofiting is completely dismantled. Our mechanics check up separate parts. These parts are properly cleaned. 2) Surface finishing Interior parts are coated with an anticorrosive oil-resistant paint. Outer surface is sealed with a putty, then roughly grinded and coated with a polyurethane paint. The shade of color is chosen as requested from our customer. In case the shade is not specified we use the flat paint in pea green shade (RAL 6021). 3) Complete control x repair x change All parts are checked – functionality, technical condition for min. next 2 years and then our technicians decide – if the part is in good technical condition, in 2 years there is with strong probability no need to change, repair – this part is given back. If the part needs repaired – it is repaired in quality as in overhauled machine - in 2 years there is with strong probability no need to change, repair. If the part can not be repaired – we change it for a new one. The term of finish of this repair: 07 - 08/ 2010
